TRUSTED VENUE NETWORK

T4WP convenes a group of “Trusted Venues,” respected community-based organizations that have a wide reach to community residents who trust them and turn to them for information and resources. This Trusted Venue Network (TVN) includes faith-based organizations, schools, and community centers located across West Philly. Trusted Venues are active and engaged, serving as core partners and advisors to T4WP and collectively reaching thousands of West Philadelphia residents. The purpose of the Trusted Venue Network (TVN) is to:

• Build relationships, solidarity, and collective power among community leaders

• Guide and work together on the West Philadelphia Health Access Coalition 

• Spread information and resources throughout each venue to reach more people 

• Support each other’s efforts and events and share tips and resources

• Collaborate on fundraising to support venues’ needs as well as shared programs, and

• Advocate together on behalf of and alongside community residents
